This was a live case competition that worked to find a feasible strategy to build the startup Iconically's brand. I was one of five hand-picked members of the Fisher College team. This virtual competition required teamwork, collaboration, and creative problem-solving to create a market strategy and present it in the form of a written memo and a live pitch to a team of judges.
 

This competition spanned about a month and a half. During this time, my team attended information sessions, brainstorming meetings, appointments with the founders of Iconically, and the final presentation. We had to consider Iconically's mission, target market, online presence, and customer experience to find a solution that is both practical and attainable. 

 

Overall, this experience was very rewarding. I got to work with new people, develop ideas for a current company, and expand my knowledge from the classroom into the real world.
